The Teaching Excellence Forum at GIM (TEF, GIM) promotes learning-centric pedagogical practices and innovations. Each year, the Forum conducts several activities - e.g., TEF meetings, Webinars, and Faculty Development Programs (FDP). The focus of those activities are improvement of pedagogy, student assessment, mentoring, and adoption of new EdTech, and innovations in teaching and learning. Services and initiatives of the TEF are calibrated in collaboration with different programs and centres at GIM to support their respective objectives. In addition, the TEF at GIM also offers hand-holding and one-to-one personal counseling for faculty members on teaching effectiveness.
